About Me

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, have a Masters degree in the world-renowned Human Systems Intervention program from Concordia University, as well as the Foundations of Professional Coaching program from Concordia.

Coaching is based on the concept of constructionism – that we create our reality for good or for bad – and it is by changing the lens by which we see ourselves and the world around us that we grow. I strongly believe that we do not have to limit ourselves the way that most of us do, and that through the coaching process we can learn to change our perspectives, broaden our possibilities, and gain the focus and momentum we need to thrive.

I consider coaching a sacred responsibility and nothing brings me more joy than to be a small part of a client’s unique journey!

My Coaching Process

You are the expert in your world!

Clients often experience profound 'Aha-Moments' through Coaching

Clients often experience profound 'Aha-Moments' through Coaching 〰️

True coaching is about helping people to see their blind spots and habitual ways of thinking, provide a framework for them to explore what they really want, and work with them to get there.

Throughout this process, you (the client) are discovering your own insights and solutions, as well as clarifying your goals. Together we create plans and practices to help you make those goals happen - and then sustain your success!

Mentoring and training are meant to teach and provide answers. In this capacity, a mentor or trainer acts as the expert, giving you specific solutions. Mentoring is not coaching. In coaching, YOU are the expert, and my job is to help you unlock that power. There is definitely a place and time for training, but in my experience the most profound insights, motivation, and growth comes from the coaching process.
